Stine alpheis

Stine Alpheis studied psychology and has dedicated herself to the health of musicians since the beginning of her training. She is dedicated to the health of musicians. After her studies in Berlin, her path first led her to Professor Eckart Altenmüller at the Institute for Music Physiology and Musicians' Medicine in Hanover, where in addition to her research work, gave practical seminars on overcoming stage fright for music students. In May 2023, she moved to the new Institute for Musicians' Health at the Lübeck University of Music, where she teaches the neurophysiological foundations of music-making and the basics of mental health.

As a dedicated amateur musician and long-standing organizer of the Junge Norddeutsche Philharmonie. She is very well-networked in the North German orchestra scene and was sensitized early on to the challenges of studying music at an early age. She now regularly gives workshops for music students and professional musicians, in which the focus is on self-regulation and mental work with methods from sports psychology.
